  I was recommended this Breeder by a friend who already had a dog from a previous litter (which I had admired for a while!) once I knew Posh Pooch was breading again I put my name down for a puppy. 

From the first moment we communicated to beyond collecting the puppy the breeders where exemplary, updates and communication were perfect throughout the process, keeping me informed. However what really impressed me was the level of care, consideration and commitment they took to ensure these puppies were safe, well and heathy; it was first class. 

I can only highly recommend Posh Pooch Club and Eli & Marco – not only for the care and attention given to every dog, but for the nature and temperament of the dogs, and the exceptional breeding they pride themselves on delivering. 

GiGi is a true asset to our family – Thank you to Eli & Marco for her. 

Comparing posh pooch breeders with our previous dog purchases is like rotten to gourmet organic apples. 

Eli not only breeds beautiful dogs but our dog is so lovely, kind and loving thanks to the environment he was raised in for the first 9 weeks. 

Further to that from a customer service perspective this is second to none. Yes you do have to complete a ‘pass the new dog’ questionnaire but that is testament to her quality control. 

The communication doesn’t stop just as a ‘sales pitch’. She is literally there to support your ‘puppy on boarding’ experience and that is priceless. A dog Breeder who truly cares is worth every penny.

Living in a different country I was a little anxious about the process of getting my puppy, however Eli was brilliant at communicating all the way through, and made me feel very involved with photographs etc.

Eli handled the organization of transport beautifully removing a lot of the stress and making the whole experience simple to enjoyable. She handled all the paperwork, and oversaw the safe arrival of my beautiful puppy.

Roscoe has turned out to be the most amazing, sweet, self-assured little man and with the mindset of a Great Dane! He has fitted into our family beautifully, even making friends quickly with our other dog.

I highly recommend Posh Pooch if you are looking to purchase a Havanese puppy. You wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

After searching for a long time I have finally found Poppy, my perfect puppy.  

Eli kept me updated daily with lots of photos and videos of Poppy, her parents and siblings. I felt really involved right from the beginning which was lovely.  I’m so happy with my puppy. She’s a bold, confident and loving little girl. I couldn’t wish for more.

 I would recommend Eli to anyone, she’s been so helpful throughout the whole process and I can still message her any time for advice or just for a friendly chat. 

I cannot recommend Eli at Posh Pooch Club highly enough! My daughter has been asking for a puppy for what seems like forever, so finally we decided now was the time to purchase our first family dog, and we couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish, Eli made the process not only simple for us, but also was always on hand to answer any questions that we had during the process. She kept us updated with photos and video clips of Teddy, she gave us the date when he could be collected as he had to wait for his teeth to come through, and was very thorough with what we might need to purchase whilst we were waiting. I didn't want to forget anything!  We met both Eli and Marco when we collected Teddy, along with Teddy's mum and dad of course and some of his siblings. We got to see the environment they were brought up in and what lovely, caring breeders they were first hand. The handover was very smooth and all the paperwork was handled by Eli. I also loved the 'Puppy Pack' that we received on the day, a lovely touch.  It's clear that Teddy has had a great start in life thanks to his wonderful breeders and we as a family hope to continue with his good upbringing. He has settled in well, and is an adorable, loving bundle of fluff, willing to learn and experience new things. You can't go wrong with Eli at Posh Pooch Club. You will have the best experience from start to finish! 

  If you are ever looking for caring, kind and down to earth breeders of Bichon Havanese dogs, then Elizabeth and Marco are perfect for you.    Both 'parents' are obviously madly in love with their own dogs...we were lucky enough to meet all six when we arranged to collect our new puppy, Buddy.   Buddy has fitted in to our life seamlessly: he is confident, curious and playful, everything a young puppy should be.  It is without doubt, down to the socialisation shown to him from the start. Buddy has a lovely personality and we just know he is going to grow into a great dog.   Elizabeth, also asks questions of the buyers, and rightly so. She wants the absolute best homes for her puppies, to know that they won't be home alone all day and will have a safe environment to live happily.   In addition, Elizabeth provides a very generous puppy pack, which will allows you to take your puppy straight home and enjoy him or her!   Paperwork and certificates are also highly organised.   Most importantly though, these puppies come from a good home and are given the best start in life.   I would definitely recommend Posh Pooch Puppy.
